I recently had a user call me to help her with an MS document. I asked her if I could shadow her and she agreed. While waiting to shadow she began to talk about her mouse and how it did not have a wheel. Then came the question, “can you see what I’m talking about?” Slightly confused, I reluctantly asked, “are you talking about your mouse?”

“Yes, I am”, she replied, “you are shadowing me, aren’t you?”
