Preview before submission, and always agree with the customer.

So my supervisor gives me spreadsheet. It looks like each column is copied once, first the text is in black, then blue.
And this supervisor says, “Compare the black with the blue. If there are changes, then replace the contents of the black cell with the contents of the blue cell.

Now tell me. Why can‘t I just replace one column with the other? copy/paste/delete. the end.
