a lady called in having a problem with her pc. the accounting software lockup. i ask her how long had the computer been on. she said 3 days. i said that may just need to rebooted. and that she should shut off her pc ever night when she is done. i walked her thoe turning off the computer just fine. it shut of no problems. then i told her to turn the pc back on. she said it‘s not coming on. i‘m like hmm. she said she would push a little harder on the button. it‘s still not coming on. i was confused. i said your pushing the button on the tower right. she said yes the one on the top. i thought about it for a sec. and it hit me. i worked on this pc be for it‘s a compaq pc the button is in the middle. she was pushing the eject for the cdrom. i told the lady thats the wrong button. i said it‘s the one down the middle. she said ok. and then said it‘s still not working. turns out she was trying to eject the floppy now. after about 3min of trying to tell her where it was she finaly got it. the pc started up she opened the accounting software with no problems. and that was it. all i have to say is WoW Ok!
